Silly Saturday Facts Collection No. 7

Hello everybody and welcome back to another edition of Nations Made Fun! I'll be your host, Mr. Nations, your tour guide to the world! Today we're going to be delving into our seventh collection of silly facts, so let's get right into it!
  • Paul Revere never shouted, "The British are coming!" This would have been foolish because the British were crawling all over Massachusets and would have heard Paul revealing their location to the colonists.
  • Many of history's biggest disasters were caused in one way or another by lack of sleep. Chernobyl, the Challenger Explosion and the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill are famous examples of this.
  • The Pope once declared war on cats. He believed they were instruments of Satan and should be killed.
