Silly Saturday Facts Collection No. 19

Hello everybody and welcome back to another edition of Nations Made Fun! I'll be your host, Mr. Nations, your tour guide to this massive world we all call home! Today we'll be discussing another three fun facts for Silly Saturday. What are we waiting for? Let's get straight into it!

  • Does anybody remember Mary Had a Little Lamb from their childhood? Did you know that a little girl in Boston actually had a little lamb? It followed her to school one day in the late 1860s.
  • The first face on the $1 bill was not actually George Washington. It was Salmon P. Chase, the designer of the bill.
  • George Washington actually opened a whiskey distillery after his presidency.
