     Hello everybody and welcome back to yet another edition of Nations Made Fun! I'll be your host, Mr. Nations, your tour guide to this gigantic world! Today we're going to be taking a look at the thirty-sixth state of the United States, Nevada! Well, what are we waiting for? Let's get straight into it, shall we?

  • Population: 2,770,551 (2010)
  • Size: 110,572 square miles
  • Motto: All for Our Country
  • Tree: Single-Leaf PiƱon and Bristlecone Pine
  • Flower: Sagebrush
  • Bird: Mountain Bluebird
     Fun Facts:
  • The slot machine "Liberty Bell" was invented by Charles Fey in 1899 and would become the basis of all slot machines to come.
  • In Death Valley, Nevada, the Kangaroo Rat can live its entire life without drinking a single drop of liquid.
  • Nevada is the largest gold-producing state in the nation.
