Silly Saturday Facts Collection No. 22

Hello everybody and welcome back to another edition of Nations Made Fun! I'll be your host, Mr. Nations, your tour guide to this massive world we all call home! Today on Silly Saturday, we'll be delving straight into some weird and wacky fun facts! Well, what are we waiting for? Let's dive straight into it!
  • The credit for the first knock-knock is often given to Shakespear, who presented the first one in his famous play, Macbeth.
  • In 585 B.C.E., there was a solar eclipse that terrified the Medians and the Lydians so much that they forgot about the vicious battle and fled the battlefield in fear.
This one is a little bit sillier, but I thought it would be fun to include it.
  • In 1799 a young boy found a rock and his family used it for a doorstop for three years. Turns out it was actually solid gold and they just hadn’t noticed.
