Hello everybody and welcome back to another edition of Global History Hub! Today on Silly Saturday, we’re going to be taking a look at another three fun facts. Well, what are we waiting for? Let’s get straight into it!

  • Back in the 16th century, the wealthy used to eat dead bodies, thinking that the cadavers could cure disease.
  • Iceland’s Parliament is the oldest in the world, and has been in existence since 930.
  • Since written accounts of history only began about 6,000 years ago, about 97% of human history has been lost to time.
